Delivery to your customers. Determine how your business will serve your customers. Will you sell from a store and/or a warehouse? Will you sell online? Will you provide physical product, information, and/or services? How will the product/service be delivered to the customer? Will there be a transfer of physical product? Will it be an internet download like this document? Will you go to their location to provide a service?
