The BizWercs Business Startup Plan

Business Startup Plan General: 

We assume that you have already decided that you want to start a new business and that you know why you are doing so.  Whether it is necessity, a choice to strike out on your own, or an addition to other business that you already have, the plan for starting up the new business will be similar. However, you may be able to share resources if you have a current business, so some of the steps below can be eliminated or modified to accommodate that.  In any event, we recommend you read through this entire series of 28 documents (including this one) at least once before beginning anything else. And please note that you can obtain the slightly condensed version of this Startup Plan in the site Shop from the main menu.

(Notes: Our plan, for various reasons, is not completely linear in process. Sometimes you will need to perform parts of another document number in order to complete the one you are currently working on. An example of this is that if you don’t already have them, you will need to purchase your first computer, administrative software, and a printer up-front in order to complete this plan.  See document 16 below.)
